Cypress Land Services improves Telecommunications for Canadians by partnering with companies and property owners to successfully acquire land rights and regulatory approvals.

Cypress Land Services has a proven track record of successful land acquisition, regulatory approval and project management throughout BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba since our inception in 2013. Our success has been built from our positive reputation, skills and relationships with large property owners, First Nations, and local government.
We know that telecommunication projects can be complex, so we pride ourselves on being able to solve complex problems and work efficiently. Our physical offices are located in the heart of our business in Vancouver and Calgary.

When Andrew isn’t busy managing projects you can find him skiing, mountain biking, spending time with family and friends and managing his two kids’ busy schedules.
Experience: Andrew has worked in British Columbia’s real estate industry for over 20 years, with experience in the telecommunications, utility, residential, and recreational sectors.
Education: Andrew attended the University of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Urban Geography and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics.

Brent oversees Cypress Land Services’ projects by collaborating closely with civil, radio-frequency engineering, planning, and landlords. His considerable experience makes him an expert on matters related to negotiating land acquisitions, leases, licenses and right of way.

Brent takes great pride in building trust with his clients and accomplishing client goals in a timely manner, often within tight timeframes.
When Brent isn’t exceeding client expectations, you can find him playing hockey, spending time in Vancouver with family and friends and continuing to search for that elusive tyee salmon!
Experience: Brent has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years, ranging from commercial brokerage to construction finance and real estate acquisitions.
Education: Brent has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in British Columbia.

Education: Chad has a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Queens University.

Experience: Justin has 15 years of experience working in the Telecommunication, Energy and Agriculture sectors across Western Canada.
Education: Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with a specialization in Land Management, and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary.
