ABOUT CYPRESS LAND SERVICES INC.

Wireless and wireline carriers, infrastructure developers, and electric vehicle organizations trust Cypress Land Services to navigate the land, regulatory, and stakeholder challenges that define complex infrastructure projects.

Founded in 2013, Cypress Land Services has built a proven track record of successful land acquisition, regulatory approvals, and project execution across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. Our continued growth is grounded in a strong reputation, practical expertise, and long-standing relationships with major property owners, Indigenous communities, and local government authorities.

Cypress Land Services supports clients across Canada, applying the same disciplined, solutions-driven approach to an expanding range of infrastructure sectors, including telecommunications, EV charging, renewable energy, battery storage, transmission, and public infrastructure.

We understand that infrastructure development is inherently complex. Competing land interests, regulatory frameworks, stakeholder considerations, and evolving project requirements demand experience, strategic thinking, and efficient execution. Solving these challenges is the foundation of our work.

Our physical offices are located in Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto, allowing us to provide regional expertise while supporting national infrastructure initiatives.
